We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Pharmaxy Global. If something is not right, this policy explains what happens next.

Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we cover the cost entirely.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or on sale items marked final sale. Exchanges for a different size depend on remaining stock; because our releases are produced in limited runs, a size may no longer be available.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within [TBD] business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
